Schnell Contractors can remove the affected area of masonry directly over the window lintel and install a new flashing system, vents and weeps to properly waterproof the cavity wall and provide a watertight condition.
On some building façade cases, the building may be so old it requires historical preservation techniques to adhere to aesthetics. Over the years, we have developed a removal method by which 90% of the removed masonry is salvaged and reused. Additional replacement units are stained to match to provide a completely aesthetic repaired finish.
